Residence Inn by Marriott London Kensington

I had a wonderful experience at Residence Inn by Marriott Warwick. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. A special thank you to Joseph Vincent Andrade, who truly made the stay exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to help stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and welcoming. It’s rare to see that level of personal attention and care. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and efficient, and the team clearly takes pride in delivering a great guest experience. Highly recommend this property when staying in Warwick — and if you get the chance, Joseph is a real asset to the team!

The two bedroom suite with fully stocked kitchen was absolutely perfect for us. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Every single staff member was always welcoming and friendly. Our suite was spotless and freshened daily. The breakfast buffet had a tasty selection of breads, coffee, salad, breakfast eggs and meats, and more. Roberto did an awesome job of getting large numbers of people seated for breakfast every day. Ideal location with a bus stop outside the door and less than 15 min walk to the tube.

Great spot, location, and value! Stayed here for a week and recommend it to everyone on the fence. London was so lovely I extended my stay and Sandeep at the front desk was incredibly helpful. It’s catered to families so there are young kids around— I don’t mind as a solo traveler. Free to use laundry machines and a full kitchen really made London feel like home. Hotel breakfast included with cost is a nice touch and Sharmin & Roberto made each and every morning a special one with their warm hospitality. Absolutely recommend to everyone. I stayed in a deluxe suite and it was perfect.

The room was great and the buffet food and service was excellent! Joseph stood out as your employee as we experienced his excellence in service: he saw us with our luggages walking towards the weighing scale for our air travel. He weighed each one of them and didn't want us to lift a finger at all. He was pleasant, courteous and very kind. He is not just an excellent employee and a great asset to the hotel but a great person to be around with or as a friend.

Our entire family has dog hair allergies. After making the reservation, we noticed that this is a pet-friendly hotel, which caused us some concern. As a precaution, we contacted the hotel in advance to request thorough cleaning and a room with minimal allergen exposure. Upon arrival, the staff were already aware of our request and had clearly shared the information internally. We were provided with a deeply cleaned room, which we truly appreciated. The view from the room was also excellent. The complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. In particular, we ordered omelets every day, and our children really enjoyed them. We did not have high expectations regarding cleanliness, but housekeeping exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned daily, and the pillowcases were freshly ironed and neatly prepared. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sufficient cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional. Although the location initially felt somewhat remote, we found it very easy to reach most major attractions by bus or underground. In fact, we appreciated the quiet and safe surroundings. We would happily return in the future, and it was reassuring to see the hotel’s genuine effort to continuously improve its services. As a small suggestion, a subtle fragrance in the hotel lobby and restroom areas could further enhance the atmosphere. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were good enough for all of us and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming to our children, which made us feel comfortable. The breakfast had good options for both adults and kids. The location was convenient and safe for a family stay. We would happily return.” Roberto and Happy were very having warm attitude that truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

At check-in we were welcomed to the hotel by Antonio. He was very welcoming and was very helpful in assisting us and we were lucky our rooms were ready. We had 2 rooms and they were very good and kept the rooms very close. Rooms were spacious clean and the kitchen in both rooms had everything that was needed. Bathrooms were clean and had good facilities. Breakfast had a very good selection and again the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location is very good 10 minute walk from earls court station and we were able to access the city from there. Tesco around the corner if anything is needed and the hotel also has a small shop.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, stayed here for 1 night. Reception were amazing when we checked in. They spoiled my son and made him feel like a VIP. The room was perfect and spotless. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. Bianca recommended the omelette and she was correct! It was gorgeous. Joseph at reception was also really friendly and kind to my son and I. Thank you to a wonderful team and we will be recommending to anyone who visits London!
